The Ryerson Press, Toronto, April 1954, First Edition.  Hard cover, 104 pages.  Very good; yellow cloth with dark blue lettering on spine; sound binding; spine ends lightly bumped; bit of soil on cloth.  Dust jacket has some short edge tears, small losses at corners and spine ends; bit of age-toning/soil.  Original price and code in pencil on front paste-down; occasional small smudge; p. 86 has some print off-setting at end of chapter blank area; remainder of interior clean and unmarked; black & white line drawings.  One of Dr. Barnardo’s English orphans brought to Canada graduated Orillia General Hospital and became a missionary nurse around Hunta, near Cochrane, Ontario.  She writes about her life, work and friendships, discovering her family in England, and her return to Lake Couchiching.
