Howard Walmsley, with his store of local stories, high on the list of people to be interviewed.  Larry Tayler tape-recorded one long session (over four hours) with Dr. Walmsley at the family farm in Athol Township. … When the Ontario Government decided to celebrate 1984 as the bi-centennial of the Province, the Prince Edward Historical Society was able to obtain a grant to help in the transcription and publishing of these stories.’ (from 1st page)
