Synopsis

This compelling narrative weaves together themes of abandonment, survival, and identity, centered around two young protagonists from vastly different worlds. Rokuta, the mystical kirin of the En Kingdom, finds himself uprooted and left to navigate the unfamiliar terrain of Japan, struggling to understand his place in a world that has cast him aside. Simultaneously, Koya, a human boy forsaken by his own family, grows up among demon beasts, learning the ways of the wild and forging a unique bond with creatures often feared by others.

As their paths cross, the story explores the complex interplay between fate and choice, and how the past and present collide to shape the future of the En Kingdom. Both boys grapple with their origins and destinies, uncovering secrets that challenge their understanding of loyalty, power, and what it truly means to belong.

His art captures the delicate balance between beauty and danger that pervades the narrative, from the ethereal presence of the kirin to the fierce yet nurturing demon beasts.
