Lundy’s Lane Historical Society, Welland, believe circa 1905.  Card covers with paste-on label.  Label states Part VI but title page with same dates states Part II.  Covers have been re-inforced with black tape over spine, interior hinges have white library tape.  No Contents pages are present as text begins immediately after title page, and binding is cracked/separated here.  All text pages are secure.  330 pages of text, 1 page Appendix, 1 page Errata, 20 pages of Index (believe last Index page missing).  Contents have some pencil notes and a few pencil underlines; some pages tape-repaired edges, 3 ¼” tear at bottom of p. 105 but all text present; upper corner losses to some Index pages.  Includes maps; edge-worn photo plate of Sir Isaac Brock laid in.
