Tempo, New York, March 1963, 1^st pr thus.  T 28; vintage MMPB, 191 pages.  Former school library book, with only indicator being name stamped on bottom edge.  Wraps show some edge and cover wear; small scar and residue from sticker removal, age spotting/toning, old water stains along bottom edge but most noticeable on verso of front wrap, a bit of rippling to bottom edge of front wrap.  A bit of corner and spine end wear, light vertical crease on rear wrap, smooth spine with light reading creases along front spine edge.  Binding sound.  Book interior clean and unmarked; old water marks near bottom edges of a few pages, age-spotting with tanned pages.  ‘Did Man share the universe with a hidden and cunning foe?  The explorers on Mars could not confirm their suspicions, until two strange satellites revealed the shocking truth.’ (from front wrap)
