George Routledge & Sons, London, no date but circa 1906. Hard cover, 264 pages including Glossary; edited, with an Annotated Glossary, by William Swan Sonnenschein. Green cloth with gilt lettering and decoration on spine; boards show edge wear, corners bumped with fraying and a bit of board exposed; spine ends worn with short tears and small losses to cloth; spine creased. Boards have a few spots. Binding cracked in spots, all pages still attached, front hinge a bit loose and book has a lean. Prior owner’s name and date on front paste-down; remainder of interior clean and unmarked with occasional age spot and straightened corner bend. Sir Thomas Browne’s four principal works: Religio Medici, Hydriotaphia, The Garden of Cyrus, and Christian Morals.
