McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, September 1944, believe 1^st.  Large stapled soft cover, 72 pages.  Brown card covers show edge wear, some creases, bit of soil; some curling to corners, small loss at top edge, inked name and two pencil notations on front.  Spine fold rubbed and worn, small tears at staples, 1 ¼” tear at upper spine fold.  Rear cover has a short fore-edge tear and short tear at upper edge.  Interior pages tanned, with some underlines and marginalia.  G. P. Gilmour was chancellor of McMaster University from 1941-1949.
