Jackson.  Hard cover, 252 pages.  Blue cloth with darker blue illustration on front board, dark blue lettering on spine.  Boards show edge, corner and spine end wear, some rubs, spots and light soil.  No jacket.  Gift inscription on FEP; 12 colour plates including frontis, tear in lower margin at p. 111, tear in colour plate opposite p. 150; some foxing and soil on outer page block; occasional age spot/smudge to interior.  A young chimney sweep, Tom, drowns and becomes a water-baby.  Through adventures and moral lessons he is able to attain human form again.
