Canada’s Black Watch, Ottawa, 1986, believe 1^st Edition.  Large spiral bound soft cover, 219 pages including two blank pages for Notes.  Good; illustrated card covers show edge and cover wear, corners creased with some wear, some colour chips, rubs and scratches.  All pages secure with no markings and only occasional small soil spots; some fore-edge wear to section dividers.   Frontispiece by Elizabeth R, Queen Mother dated March 1986, plus Dedication and The Selkirk Grace, followed by recipes from across Canada, some from the United States, the Caribbean and the United Kingdom.  Sections are divided by illustrations by Alison McClure; front cover illustration by R. D.
